Our Process

Get A Quote

Provide us with a rough sketch with dimensions of the countertops you need, and pick out some options in our showroom that you would like quoted to you.

The dimensions and selections do not have to be exact but the more accurate they are, the more accurate your quote will be!

We will email you a pricing estimate.

Template

Once you approve of the quote, please contact us to set up a template. In order to template, all cabinets need to be permanantly set, leveled, and in their final location, including cabinets, end panels, and any other fixtures that will affect the positioning of the countertops. We are typically able to come out to template one to two weeks from when you let us know you are ready.

We also need all information for sinks, faucets, cooktops, and any other penetrations (RO faucet, soap dispenser, air switch, etc.) provided at or before the time of template.

We will come out and laser measure your space to ensure an accurate fit for your new countertops.

Within a few days of the template, you will receive an email with an approval drawing and final pricing. We ask that you ensure that all expected pieces are included, all backsplash is the expected height, and the sink and faucet holes look correct. We do not need you to verify any dimensions.

Once you approve of everything, we generally request payment in full by check or cash for us to begin material allocation and fabrication.

Once we template, no further modifications can take place without affecting the quality of the final product.

Installation

We will reach out with an installation date shortly after we receive approval and payment, which typically ends up being about two to three weeks after we receive those items.

For us to install, all plumbing fixtures need to be on site so we can mount any undermount sinks and verify the proper holes are drilled for faucets and other penetrations.

If you are taking care of the removal on existing countertops, please make sure to have everything disconnected and removed before our arrival. If we are doing the removal, please make sure to have all plumbing disconnected. If removal and/or plumbing disconnection is not done before we arrive, we may need to reschedule your install. We do not default to taking care of removal so please make sure to let us know if you would like us to take care of it ahead of time.

Generally, we are able to able to complete an install within a few hours up to a whole workday, but for bigger projects, we may need to install over a few days.

We will level and secure the countertops, but making sure the cabinets are as level as possible before we install helps the process.

There may be some dust but we will take steps to minimize the dust and clean up any mess.

We will mount undermount sinks during installation, and it will need to cure for about 12-24 hours before the faucet and plumbing are connected.

Post-Installation

Let us know if you come across any issues after we install and we would be happy to take care of it!

Follow the care and maintenance guidelines from your specific brand to keep your countertops looking pristine.

If you are happy with how everything turns out, let us know by leaving a review!
